As a premier veterinary emergency center in central New Hampshire, CAVES/VRCNH is staffed by highly-skilled, board-certified veterinary specialists and very qualified certified technicians. Our equipment and technology is state-of-the-art and upgraded as technology gets better. Many treatments and procedures are complex and involve the attention of multiple skilled professionals. Additionally, CAVES/VRCNH is operated 24-hours a day, seven days a week, so that your pet receives high-quality continuous care. All of these advantages incur certain costs, over and above what a non-specialized animal hospital needs to invest.

Medical Fees and Treatment Plans

Every Patient is charged an emergency fee which covers the doctor's initial exam and patient assessment. We will then provide you with a treatment plan that includes the cost of diagnostics and treatments required for your pet's condition.

Emergency care can be very costly. These costs reflect the expense of maintaining a fully staffed, 24-hour, state-of-the-art facility. If you have financial concerns, please let us know.

Payment for Services

CAVES accepts cash, check, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Wells Fargo Health Advantage and Care Credit.

Payment for services is expected at the time of discharge. Unfortunately we cannot offer payment agreements. We do however accept Wells Fargo Health Advantage and Care Credit both of which are medical financing options that offer a number of interest free and extended payment options. Please note that a deposit will be required if your pet is hospitalized and for certain procedures and treatments.
